Jeremy Lee Parrish is currently in his first season with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, where he is playing the Padre in their production of Man of La Mancha. He has previously toured nationally with Jesus Christ Superstar starring Ted Neeley and If This Hat Could Talk starring Tony winners Stephanie Mills & Melba Moore. Jeremy has also been seen in several productions in NYC ranging from opera to Off-Broadway musical theatre to new works. Such projects have included theater visionary Robert Lepage’s Der Ring des Nibelungen at the world famous Metropolitan Opera, Let Me Sing! starring Sam Harris, The Immortal Journey (Beckett Theater), T.S. Eliot (Producers Club), Ellen Craft: A New American Opera (The Cell), and Jean Anouilh’s Antigone (East 3rd). Additional regional credits include Ragtime (NCT & SMT) opposite Tony nominees & winners Norm Lewis, Michael Rupert, Julia Murney, & Montego Glover. He was also seen in the world premiere of Frankenstein in Canada and in several productions of Jekyll & Hyde (JWET & SMT) where he understudied & performed the title role. Other credits include: Evita (TN Rep), Tale of Two Cities (World Premiere: SMT), 1776 (SMT), Die Fledermaus, And The World Goes ‘Round & Into the Woods (MPAC), Miss Saigon & Peter Pan (MGR). Jeremy is a graduate of Belmont University’s Musical Theatre program & is a proud member of Actors Equity Association.
