Globe Theatre Cancels the Remainder of its 2020-21 Season

The Globe Theatre has announced the cancellation of the remainder of its 2020|2021 season. With the challenges faced due to the pandemic, the theatre cannot confidently deliver the revised lineup of shows while adhering to public health restrictions that would allow artists and audiences to gather safely.

THE TORONTO FRINGE FESTIVAL returns this summer with an extensive line-up of productions by award-winning artists, the popular POSTSCRIPT pop-up patio, and for the first time, will venture to the East End with 16 shows presented at main venue Streetcar Crowsnest. THE PUBLIC SERVANT Sells Out at GCTC

Great Canadian Theatre Company is ending its 2014-2015 season with a smash hit. Today, the theatre announced its production of The Public Servant is completely sold out. Since opening night on June 4th, the Box Office has been inundated with hundreds of calls a day, quickly selling out all available tickets not held by subscribers. The show runs until June 21 and cannot be extended due to artist availability. There may be tickets returned to the Box Office and resold to people who come to the theatre thirty minutes before each performance.
