Jeffrey Scott Stevens was born in Salt Lake City but raised in Rock Springs, Wyoming and Ogden, Utah. Jeffrey has been employed professionally as an actor since age 15. Jeffrey was heavily involved in choir and drama in Jr. High and Bonneville High School in Ogden, Utah. Jeffrey received his Equity Card through TheatrworksUSA in 2006 when he joined the cast of PAUL REVERE after graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree.
