The Full List of Winners from the 2018 Creative Arts Emmys
The Television Academy tonight presented the 2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Ceremonies on Saturday and Sunday night honoring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The Saturday ceremony, which kicked-off the 70th Emmys, awarded many talented artists and craftspeople in the categories of animation, scripted programming including comedy, drama and limited series. The Sunday ceremony honored performers, artists and craftspeople for excellence in variety, nonfiction or reality programming, reality competition programming, music, choreography, as well as documentary or nonfiction specials, informational series or specials.
The Television Academy Announces Juried Winners for 70th Emmy Awards
The Television Academy announced today the juried award winners for the 70th Emmy Awards in the categories of Animation and Motion Design. The juried awards for these categories will be presented at the 2018 Creative Arts Awards ceremonies on Saturday, September 8 and Sunday, September 9.

Joan Baez will perform “The President Sang Amazing Grace” at this Saturday's Emanuel 9 Rally for Unity in Marion Square in downtown Charleston, SC. The pubic event marks the third anniversary of the Emanuel AME Church shooting and was created to celebrate the lives and legacies of the Emanuel 9 and the survivors and as a call to action to “end gun violence and acquire racial reconciliation.” In addition to Baez, the rally will feature keynotespeaker, the Rev. Dr. Jamal H. Bryant of Empowerment Temple AME Church in Baltimore, shooting survivor Polly Sheppard, Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg, Sen. Marlon Kimpson and activist Bree Newsome.
