BIO

Designs lighting and projections for opera, dance, theater, theme parks, commercial, architecture and corporate events. Recent credits: Lost Highway (Frankfurt Opera), A Trip to the Moon (L.A. Philharmonic, KOI award nomination), Die Walküre (Karlsruhe, Germany), Tri Sestri (Vienna State Opera), Hopscotch (The Industry), Cunning Little Vixen and Pelléas et Mélisande (Cleveland Orchestra/Vienna), Young Caesar (L.A. Philharmonic), Grey Gardens (Center Theatre Group), Tarzan: Call of the Wild and Frozen A Sing-Along (Disney Shanghai Resort), Cage Songbooks (Carnegie Hall, San Francisco Symphony and New World Symphony), Vietgone (East West Players, LADCC award), Tales from Hollywood (Guthrie Theater), The Steward of Christendom (Mark Taper Forum), Great Immensity and Venice (Public Theater, Ovation Award for Venice), Chavez Ravine (Kirk Douglas Theatre, Ovation Award), Stars on Ice (2007-2019) and Scott Hamilton CARES. He’s also created two video installations for the Petersen Auto Museum and co-designed a Chagall exhibit at LACMA with Yuval Sharon. As a systems designer and programmer, he has worked on the new National Army Museum in Virginia, the Annenberg Space for Photography, and the new Stanford Medical Center’s virtual tour and opening events.
