As a Croatian born in Germany, Jasna made her singing debut at 20 playing Gumbie Cat and Griddlebone in the Swiss premiere of CATS. She then went to Vienna creating the role of Frl. Windisch in the world premiere of ELISABETH at the Theatre an der Wien. She then came to England appearing at the Old Fire Station in Oxford playing Anna Rabbinovitch in GIRLS WERE MADE TO LOVE AND KISS. Returning to Vienna she played the Sugar Bowl and Madame de la Grande Bouche in the European premiere of Walt Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Raimund Theatre, while also playing Sylva in the Operetta CSARDASFURSTIN and being the alternate Elisabeth in ELISABETH. Aged 26 she made her West End debut as the youngest Carlotta ever in PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at Her Majesty's Theatre and also lent her voice to Minnie Driver's onscreen Carlotta in the German version of the movie in 2004. Jasna sang in Cameron Macintosh's concert HEY MR. PRODUCER "Nicer in Nice" in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen. In 2000 she played Gina Moreno in the world premiere of THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, also covering Alex and Felicia at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and at the Prince of Wales Theatre. In the German premiere of MAMMA MIA!in Hamburg Jasna played Rosie and covered Donna, then went on to play Donna in Stuttgart and Berlin and played this part for over six years till it closed in 2009. Most recently Jasna played Signora Naccarelli and Margaret Johnson in the European premiere of THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA at the Curve Theatre in Leicester. Her solo debut album Musical Diva Delights went straight to No.1 in the German easy listening charts and she can also be heard on the original cast recordings of Elisabeth, Beauty and the Beast and Witches of Eastwick. German voiceovers include: Miriam in Dreamwork's THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, Kiara in Disney's LION KING II, Carlotta in WarnerBros' PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and recently Winnifred in Disney's ONCE UPON A MATTRESS.
