NSKIP will present StatueFest On Stage, live performances of theatrical monologues celebrating statue-worthy New York women at PRTTheatre (Puerto Rican Traveling Theater), 304 W. 47th St. at Eighth Ave. in Manhattan in two separate programs on September 30 and October 1, both at 7 pm.

The festival, which includes twelve evenings of dance, theatre, film, music, poetry and prose, self-defense and dance workshops, opens on Friday, March 16, 2012 with two provocative documentaries celebrating the lives of African American women and culminates on March 31 with the celebrated performance artist Rhodessa Jones.
