The Theatre Artists Workshop in Norwalk will present a staged reading of the Broadway hit 'God of Carnage' by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton, on November 16 and 17 at 8 p.m. and November 18 at 3 p.m. Theatre Artists Workshop is located at 5 Gregory Boulevard in Norwalk. Reservations are recommended. The box office reservation line is: 203-854-6830. Suggested donation is $25 and will help to support the non-profit organization's future programming.

Theatre Artists Workshop to present TWELVE ANGRY MEN
The Theatre Artists Workshop(TAW) will present three staged readings of the classic Reginald Rose play 'Twelve Angry Men' on February 9 and 10 at 8 pm and February 11 at 3 pm for a suggested donation of $20. TAW is located at 5 Gregory Boulevard in Norwalk, CT.
The Making of America's Musical- 1776: The Story Behind the Story
As America celebrates its 240th Birthday today, let's talk about what is probably one of the greatest musicals ever written, and it only came about 46 years before Hamilton. 1776 dramatizes the story of how John Adams was able to persuade his colleagues to vote for American independence as well as signing the Declaration of Independence. While the musical does dramatize the most important event in American history, the story behind the musical is probably just as interesting.

Members of New York City's philanthropic, business, health care and Alzheimer's communities joined forces on June 2nd at the annual "Forget-Me-Not" Gala, An Evening to End Alzheimer's hosted by the Alzheimer's Association, New York City Chapter. The Chapter raised $1.2 million at this year's event, which took place at The Pierre and was emceed by David Hyde Pierce, Tony Award winning actor and tireless advocate in the Alzheimer's community. Cherry Lane's Fiordellisi to Step Down as Artistic Director in 2011
According to the NY Times, Cherry Lane Theatre's Angelina Fiordellisi, will resign as Artistic Director sometime between March and June of 2011. Additionally, Fiordellisi plans to sell the building, which has been a Greenwich Village staple since 1924, due to ongoing financial struggles.
