Segal Centre Announces Cast of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET
The Segal is thrilled to announce that the Montreal premiere of Million Dollar Quartet, set to run at the Segal Centre from April 23 to May 14, will be extended due to popular demand. The six additional performances will take place at Place des Arts' Cinquieme Salle from May 17 to May 21, 2017.

The Montreal English Theatre Awards (METAs) recognize and celebrate outstanding artistic work in Montreal's English Theatre. Established in 2012, the peer-juried awards exist to promote professional and emerging English theatre artists and companies, to heighten their visibility both regionally and beyond, and to elevate the level of critical discourse about theatre in Montreal amongst artists and with the community at large.
Centaur Theatre Extends Nicolas Billon's BUTCHER Through December 5
BUTCHER by Nicolas Billon, one of Canada's hottest young playwrights, not only slayed critics at Centaur Theatre's Quebec premiere but the bone-chilling, serpentine play has been wowing audiences night after night ever since. As a result, the run of the topical political thriller set on Christmas eve, pitting justice against revenge, originally scheduled to end November 29th, has been extended for an additional four performances from Dec. 3rd through the 5th, 2015.

West End 'Lord of the Rings' Now Booking to Sept. 27
The Lord of the Rings, the first major stage adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's classic trilogy, which received its British and European Premiere when it opened at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London earlier this summer, celebrates its 100th performance today, Monday, August 13, and its booking period has been extended to September 27, 2008.
