Mick Harvey Shares New Track 'A Suitcase In Berlin'
Harvey has also announced details of a tour that will see him join Mexican singer Amanda Acevedo, long time collaborator J.P. Shilo and Berlin band Sometimes with Others for a musical phantasmagoria, presented as the Invisible Blue Unicorns. The tour will travel across Europe throughout May, finishing in Berlin on May 28th.

ALL ABOUT EVE Album to Be Released April 12
On April 12 Invada Records in conjunction with Lakeshore Records will release All About Eve-Original Soundtrack, composed by double Mercury Music Prize-winner PJ Harvey. The 12-track album contains 10 original pieces of instrumental music as well as two new songs written by Harvey and sung by Gillian Anderson and Lily James. Harvey's score for All About Eve, is performed by herself, James Johnston and Kenrick Rowe, and uses Franz Liszt's 'Liebestraume' (a musical element of Joseph L. Mankiewicz's original 1950s classic film) as a musical touchstone, exploring the more somber and deeply psychological aspects of the story. The album is produced by PJ Harvey, with additional production and mixing from Adam 'Cecil' Bartlett.

'On Top' is the second album released as Philippe Petit & Friends, following up 'Cordophony'. Ahead of the release, they are presenting the lead track 'Black Dog'. Pirandellian Drama MARY V to Play Theater for the New City This June
In 'Mary V,' a Pirandellian, feminist appropriation of Shakespeare's historical play, an all-female cast battles for control of a production of 'Henry V,' led by their king, an actress named Mary. The play explores ways in which actors' commitment can break down the relationship between illusion and reality and how the division between femininity and masculinity can yield destruction for both sexes. Theater for the New City (TNC), 155 First Ave., presented the play last summer in its 2016 Dream Up Festival and will now present it for a full production June 1 to 18.

Brooklyn Music Venue National Sawdust Releases Complete Lineup for Inaugural Season
Composer Paola Prestini, the Creative and Executive Director of National Sawdust (NS), today announced programming for the non-profit's inaugural fall season in its new home-a $16 million, 13,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art chamber hall in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The performance and recording venue, designed by Brooklyn-based architecture firm Bureau V in the shell of century-old former sawdust factory, will provide composers and musicians a setting in which they can flourish, and a place where they are given commissioning support, mentoring and other critical resources essential to create, and then share, their work. For audiences-serious fans and casual listeners alike-the venue will be a place to discover genre-spanning music at accessible ticket prices.
