The corner of Third Avenue and 38th Street will offer passersby the chance to experience theater as onlookers this spring. The Romanian Cultural Institute in New York (RCINY) will present THE WINDOW, created, developed and directed by Romanian-born, New York-based director Ana M?rgineanu, beginning April 2-8, 2012.
