Complete Casting Announced for ONCE at Theatre Three
The 2011 hit Broadway musical Once, inspired by the 2007 film of the same name, is the second production on the 57th season at Theatre Three. Directed by Marianne Galloway, audiences can expect an immersive, fresh take on the musical favorite in Uptown Dallas. Once runs September 13 through October 7 on the theater's Norma Young Arena Stage (2800 Routh Street #168, Dallas, TX). AT&T Performing Arts Center Announces 2018/2019 ELEVATOR PROJECT
The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce the 2018/2019 season of The Elevator Project, featuring the work of small and emerging arts groups performing on the Center's campus in the Dallas Arts District. The Elevator Project's new season will feature productions from eight Dallas-based performing arts companies. The five year-old project has been hailed for the resources the Center provides new artists, including top-quality stages, operations teams, marketing, ticketing and mentoring support.

Applications will be accepted through Wednesday, January 31, 2018 online here. Memory Play WARM SODA Comes to United Solo Fest
Justin Lemieux, a Dallas-based actor and writer, will present his original solo performance piece Warm Soda, directed by Dallas director and composer Jake Nice, as part of the United Solo Fest on September 20, 2017.
Second Thought Theatre Opens Area Premiere of STRAIGHT WHITE MEN
Second Thought Theatre continues its 2017 season of change with the area premiere of Straight White Men by Young Jean Lee. Local director/actor Christie Vela returns to direct for the company after making her acting debut for Second Thought last summer in A Kid Like Jake. Straight White Men begins with previews on Wednesday, April 12 and runs through Saturday, May 6. All performances of Straight White Men will take place at Bryant Hall on the Kalita Humphreys Campus, 3636 Turtle Creek Blvd. Tickets to Straight White Men can be purchased online at 2TT.co.
Amphibian Stage Productions Announces Cast and Creative Team for NORTHSIDE HOLLOW
Amphibian Stage Productions announces the cast and creative team for its first main stage play of the 2017 season, Northside Hollow by Jonathan Fielding and Brenda Withers. Starring Jim Jorgensen and Jordan Sobel, the play runs Friday, February 10 through Sunday, March 5 at the Berlene T. and Jarrell R. Milburn Theatre at Amphibian Stage Productions. Supporting artists include Stephanie Cleghorn Jasso and Jake Nice.
