Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) presents the 10th anniversary of Station Hope on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm on the grounds of Cleveland’s first authenticated Underground Railroad site St. John’s Episcopal Church at 2600 Church Avenue. Station Hope is a jubilant community event celebrating Cleveland’s social justice heritage and exploring contemporary struggles for freedom and equity.

Theater Vets Launch Indie Film Production Company
Sarah T. Schwab and Brian Long today announced the launch of their independent film production company Cardinal Flix (CFI). The New York-based company will produce low budget (under $2.5MM) independent films covering a range of genres, from dramas to psychological thrillers.
Livestreamed Performances from Caramoor Kick Off with Inon Barnatan
Caramoor, with its more than 80 acres of woodlands, gardens and outdoor performance space, is in a unique position to pivot from its traditional summer season and find new ways of inspiring audiences safely. Participating responsibly in New York's re-opening process, Caramoor's flexible Summer 20/2.0 program will feature livestreamed on-site performances, as well as live performances for low-density audiences, and tours of its gardens and sound art.
Cast Members Of THE LIGHTNING THIEF Join MONSTERSONGS IN CONCERT; VR Game to Debut

Shyvonne Stewart, Izzy Figueroa, and Sarah Beth Pfeifer will make a special appearance at the previously announced Feinstein's/54 Below premiere of Monstersongs, written by Rob Rokicki, composer of Broadway's The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. Audience members who are torn between whether to see the Greek mythology monsters of Percy Jackson or the vampires and witches of Monstersongs needn't worry; much like the talented cast members mentioned above, they can be a part of both.
LAMDA and Audible Release Four New Audio Dramas
LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) and Audible UK are today delighted to announce the release of GNR8T, a collection of four original audio dramas. Commissioned from some of the UK's most exciting emerging writers and workshopped by LAMDA students, the final productions were recorded by 2019 LAMDA graduating students as part of the two organisations' ongoing partnership.

Known to many as Ronnie Mitchell from East Enders, Samantha Womack has enjoyed a successful career in television, film and theatre. Currently starring in The Girl on the Train, an adaptation of Paul Hawkins' 2015 novel, Womack plays Rachel, a functioning alcoholic. The show has been touring the UK and is now in the Duke of York's Theatre for a limited run. BroadwayWorld talked with Samantha about playing a character with an addiction, the arts industry today and why she enjoys acting on stage.
