Jack Spann To Release Third Album 'Propaganda Man'
Jack Spann has had an incredible couple of years. The Saint Louis native has lived in New York City for the last 18 years and established himself as one of the city's in-demand keyboardists. His reputation led to an introduction to David Bowie's producer, Tony Visconti who hired him to play on the demos for what would be Bowie's final album, Blackstar.
Singer/Songwriter David Fitzpatrick to Release Studio Album PARACHUTES IN HURRICANES
Guitarist/Songwriter David Fitzpatrick who has led Milwaukee's Dave Fitzpatrick Band for decades will release his first major solo work entitled “Parachutes in Hurricanes” on Daystorm Music. Known for his production résumé, musician/engineer/producer Gary Tanin (Jack Spann, Sam Llanas, Roger Powell, Daryl Stuermer) was recruited to collaborate on Fitzpatrick's solo opus due to arrive April 27th.
John Bolger, Mark Jacoby & More to Star in World Premiere of FIVE PRESIDENTS at Milwaukee Rep
Broadway and television veterans John Bolger, Mark Jacoby, Kenneth Kimmins, Steve Sheridan and Brit Whittle, along with Rep Associate Artist Reese Madigan, make up the cast of Five Presidents, the world premiere production from Emmy Award-winning writer Rick Cleveland (House of Cards, The West Wing, Mad Men, and Six Feet Under). Directed by Milwaukee Rep Artistic Director Mark Clements, the production is set to begin performances at the Quadracci Powerhouse on March 10, 2015. Opening night is Friday, March 13, 2015 and runs through April 5, 2015.
