BIO
JACNIER is a Puerto Rico born, singer, actor and writer. Growing up in Aguada, Puerto Rico he began his formation at an early age, whilst he was seen in productions with the Award-winning Center Stage Performing Arts Company. Druing his last year of High School in 2015, Jacnier wrote and directed the musical “El Tren de la Vida” at age 17. He later won a full scholarship in Performing Arts at Universidad de Sagrado Corazón in San Juan due to his project. Jacnier moved to San Juan in 2015 to start his academic studies in Musical Theatre, Film and Television. He graduated in 2019 from Universidad de Sagrado Corazón and quickly began his first Puerto Rico Tour, making his debut in the acclaimed Centro de Bellas Artes de Puerto Rico. Since then, Jacnier has been working in various theater and television projects, like the soon the be aired Musical Series for “Disney +” and his recent Broadway National Tour debut in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the role of Mike Teavee.

Ethan Coen's new comedy is set to feature a strong ensemble, with several Broadway alums. According to Deadline, Jacnier, Gabby Beans, Talia Ryder, Lena Hall, and more will appear in Honey Don't, the upcoming comedy from Ethan Coen. These actors join the previously announced Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza and Chris Evans, who will lead the film.
