Reigning Miss Texas Averie Bishop Will Lead SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER at the Firehouse Theatre
The Firehouse Theatre has announced the cast and creative team of their upcoming production of Saturday Night Fever. This high-energy jukebox musical, starring Averie Bishop as Stephanie and Edward Michael Escamilla as Tony Manero, the role immortalized on film by a young John Travolta, successfully recreates the feel of the movie and manages to capture its spirit, dazzling with crowd-pleasing 70s anthems, disco dance moves, and a dash of good ol’ fashioned romance.

Eddie Korbich (The Drowsy Chaperone), Jim Walton (And the World Goes Round), Jim Brochu (Zero Hour), and John Epperson (Lypskina) have joined members of the original Broadway production of John Kander, Fred Ebb, Rupert Holmes, and Peter Stone's CURTAINS, which opened on Broadway in 2007, for a concert presentation of the musical at Feinstein's/54 Below on Thursday, January 25th, 2018, at 7:00pm & 9:30pm.

Faith Prince Leads BILLY ELLIOT 2nd National Tour as 'Wilkinson;' Cast Complete
Universal Pictures Stage Productions, Working Title Films and Old Vic Productions announced the full casting today for the second national tour of Billy Elliot the Musical beginning October 30 at the Durham Performing Arts Center. Tony Award-winner Faith Prince stars as Mrs. Wilkinson along with Giuseppe Bausilio, Michael Dameski, Kylend Hetherington, Lex Ishimoto and Daniel Russell in the role of 'Billy.'
