Award-winning Retro Productions, under the Artistic Direction of Heather E. Cunningham, opened the critically acclaimed play, And Miss Reardon Drinks A Little, on Friday. The play was written by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright, Paul Zindel. The production runs through May 20that the Gene Frankel Theatre, numerous shows have already sold-out.
BWW Review: 2017 REP LAB EMERGES for Company's Ongoing Success
In the seventh presentation of the popular Rep Lab, the short-play festival features the company's Emerging Professional Residents (EPR) in acting, directing and technical theater to showcase their talent. This year, nine one act play along with a devised play written by the Emerging Professionals appeared in the Stiemke Studio for an intriguing evening of theater. Eight actors, seven directors, and four designers comprise the EPR team. In an interesting mix of plays, many examine the angst in relationships: communal, personal and professional within a wide time frame that also embodies considerable emotional range

Award-winning Retro Productions, under the Artistic Direction of Heather E. Cunningham, will present the critically acclaimed play, And Miss Reardon Drinks A Little. The production runs May 5th through May 20th at the Gene Frankel Theatre. Shay Gines, a Founding Executive Director of the New York Innovative Theatre Awards, directs. This is the 50th anniversary of And Miss Reardon Drinks A Little. The play was originally produced in Los Angles in 1967, and in 1971 the comedy opened on Broadway at the Morosco Theatre.
Shadow Lawn Stage Set to Present ALWAYS, PATSY CLINE This July
Before Loretta and before Dolly, there was Patsy - Patsy Cline, whose hits like 'Crazy' and 'Sweet Dreams' heralded the cross-over of country music and pop. This summer, Shadow Lawn Stage, the professional theatre in residence at Monmouth University, will present Ted Swindley's ode to her: Always, Patsy Cline. The show will run for two weeks only, on the Monmouth campus, July 6 through July 16.

Pet Sitters International (PSI), the professional pet-sitting organization Moran founded in 1994, is now the world's leading educational association for pet sitters, and March 2-8 marks the 20th annual observance of Professional Pet Sitters Week (PPSW).
THE DEAD LEGEND to Make New York Premiere at NYMF, 7/12-13
NEW YORK MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL (NYMF) and the UNIVERSITY OF GREAT FALLS (UGF) are pleased to announce the New York premiere production of Michael Gilboe's, in collaboration with the students of The University of Great Falls, THE DEAD LEGEND, directed by MICHAEL GILBOE. THE DEAD LEGEND will play three performances only as part NYMF at the PTC Performance Space (555 West 42nd Street). Performances are Friday, July, 12th at 4:30 pm and 8:00 pm and Saturday, July, 13th at 12pm.

The stellar cast includes Joan Almedilla, Teri Bibb, Dina Bennett, Trey Ellett, Anthony Manough and Brian Sutherland, who have starred on Broadway in such shows as Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar, Miss Saigon, 1776 and Rent, among others.
