Tree Planting Scheme Announced For CAMP ALBION at the Watermill
The Watermill Theatre commits to planting a tree for every audience member who comes to see the world premiere of CAMP ALBION. The new play by Watermill Playwright in Residence Danielle Pearson is currently playing at the Newbury venue until 16 July and focuses on environmental activism and the 1996 'Battle of Newbury'.

Artistic Director Paul Hart, Executive Director Claire Murray and the team at Newbury’s The Watermill Theatre have announced details of the shows that will play at the theatre from May 2022, all the way through until Christmas.

Hull born actress Louise Willoughby will join the production to star as 'Amy Johnson' and Benedict Salter (whose previous Watermill credits include The Importance of Being Earnest and A Little Night Music) will reprise his original role, supporting her playing a series of other male parts.
