BIO
Isaiah Hein makes his Off-Broadway debut in Love Actually? The Unauthorized Musical Parody. Recent credits include Nurse/Prince in Romeo and Juliet, as well as the “We Beseech Thee” track in Godspell (Festival 56). Additionally, Isaiah has toured with ArtsPower National Touring Theatre, originating roles in their new musical Judy Moody and Stink. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville and studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City.

As a character, King Lear is the great aging lion, one of what Charlton Heston called the 'man killers' of Shakespeare, and a play that examines the hubris and arrogance in power held too long. In an unusual collaboration, Commonwealth Theatre Center (CTC) and University of Louisville Theatre Arts are co-producing this production, which mixes faculty and students from both institutions among its cast and crew.
