K Dance's 9th Annual SHORTS 2022 At Firehouse Theatre Features World Premiere By Irene Ziegler

K Dance will produce the 2022 installment of its signature movement-theatre program SHORTS. This year's SHORTS program, subtitled MISTAKES AND HOW TO MAKE THEM, is a world premiere play in four dances by Irene Ziegler, choreographed by Kaye Weinstein Gary.

Virginia Rep Presents THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME

This 'eye-opening, life-affirming, unmissable' (TIME Magazine) Tony Award-winning play by Simon Stephens comes to Virginia Rep's November Theatre this Fall. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time opens Friday, September 21st, and runs through Sunday, October 14th, with two preview performances on Wednesday, September 19th and Thursday, September 20th. It is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Mark Haddon.
Cadence Pipeline New Works Fellows Selected

Cadence Theatre Company, in partnership with Virginia Repertory Theatre, is proud to announce the names of the five fellows who have been selected to participate in the inaugural Cadence Pipeline New Works Fellowship. The initiative, funded in part by founding sponsor CapTech, affords five Virginia playwrights the opportunity to develop new work under the artistic guidance and mentorship of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire.
