On Saturday, July 13, from 10 am until 12 noon, Better Lemons and Theatre West will be hosting the Producers Panel "Show Me the Money!" with some of LA's premiere theatrical producers sharing their fundraising success stories and secrets. This panel discussion will provide a great opportunity for LA's vast theatrical community to ask questions on what it takes to produce a show in Los Angeles.
The "Show Me the Money!" event will be a panel discussion and a conversation with the audience to address specific situations and opportunities. All of the panelists are producers with a diverse background of fundraising experience, from attracting wealthy benefactors to leveraging public funds.

Actor Ian Ruskin brings his acclaimed one-man play To Begin the World Over Again: The Life of Thomas Paine to Boston on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 7:30 p.m., This Boston premiere at Faneuil Hall, follows performances around the world, including a Los Angeles run and, most recently, the Public Theater in New York. The film of the play aired on PBS over the July 4th holiday. LA's Next Great Stage Star 2013 Announces Star Judge Lineup thru 2/10
With the recent success of competition programs such as American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance and, of course, Dancing With The Stars, competitions such as the now successful Stage LA's Next Great Star have caught the attention of many a young hopeful. Although the first of the 6 week competition has passed, the competition has five more weeks of competitive talent lined up. The producers have just announced the complete line up of celebrated judges for the reamaining dates of Jan 13, 20, 27 and Feb 3 adn 10 (below).
