BIO

Heidi Henderson is the ex-wife of William Hurt who died on March 13, 2022. He was an American actor. Hurt made his film debut in 1980 as a troubled scientist in Ken Russell's science-fiction feature Altered States, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination for New Star of the Year.

Garnet Henderson, NYC-based choreographer, performer, and journalist, is producing and performing in an unconventional, immersive dance experience utilizing Inwood Hill Park as the performance space. The new work, SOLACE, celebrates the beauty and relief found in our city's green spaces, particularly in upper Manhattan. Henderson will be joined by four other professional dancers for performances at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 18, and Sunday, June 26.
Seattle International Dance Festival Winter Mini-Fest Opening Performance Features Shura Baryshnikov

The 2nd Annual Seattle International Dance Festival (SIDF) Winter Mini-Fest features four celebrated choreographers from around the world: Khambatta Dance Company's (KDC) artistic director Cyrus Khambatta, Shura Baryshnikov (Rhode Island) Gabriel Forestieri (NYC) and Danny Tan (Singapore). Together they will unite elements of their collective dance backgrounds swap dancers and present three emotionally-charged performances over two weekends. The concept of producing new pieces in a short time frame is one of the signature components of SIDF.

Creative Loafing Announces Lineup for GASP! 2018

Adele Myers' The Dancing Room is an intimate visual wonderland of illumination, laughter and elegance.
