Just last week, Stage Entertainment, James L. Nederlander and Tali Pelman, in association with Tina Turner, have announced that Anna Wintour, Editor in Chief, Vogue U.S.; U.S. Artistic Director and Global Content Advisor, Condé Nast co-hosted a cocktail reception alongside Fashion Model & Activist Adut Akech, Fashion Model Cindy Bruna, Writer/Director & Activist Janet Mock (“Pose”), Super Model & Activist Joan Smalls and Actor & Activist Yara Shahidi (“Grown-ish”) followed by a special performance of Broadway's TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL to benefit RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization.

One of the most anticipated events of the season, the annual Hot Pink Party was hosted by the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) on Wednesday, May 15 at the Park Avenue Armory, raising $6 million for breast cancer research. This year's gala commemorated the incredible impact BCRF investigators have made on research since the organization's founding in 1993.

Tom Gold Dance, the classical dance company founded and led by former New York City Ballet soloist Tom Gold, concluded its annual spring season with the second of two performances of Gold's Significant Strangers (World Premiere), Blind Revelry (New York City Premiere, 2018), and Counterpoint (revival, 2017), Thursday, April 4 at The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College.

The night feature performances from Broadway stars, actors, and comedians who support access to reproductive health care. Broadway Acts for Women is the only benefit that brings the Broadway community out in force for abortion rights and reproductive health care.

School of American Ballet's 2015 Winter Ball Raises Over $1.39 Million
The School of American Ballet's 2015 Winter Ball took place at Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater on Monday, March 9, 2015 and raised more than $1.39 million for scholarships and school programs. Legendary French jeweler, Van Cleef & Arpels sponsored the glamorous, black-tie dinner dance for the eighth consecutive year. The evening began with cocktails at 7pm and dinner at 8pm, followed by a student performance choreographed specially for the occasion, and The Encore dessert and dancing. The proceeds from this event enhance every aspect of the School's extraordinary ballet training program, helping to provide more than $1.9 million annually in student scholarships, as well as supporting faculty, maintaining world-class studios and offering vital student programs beyond the classroom.
