Country Rewind Records Releases REX ALLEN - AMERICA'S LAST SINGING COWBOY
Rex Allen - America's Last Singing Cowboy is the latest release by Country Rewind Records and the first in a new series, referred to as the Western Heritage Series which will also feature The Son's of the Pioneers and Tex Ritter. Rex Allen was a multimedia star before the term 'multimedia' was coined. He found fame as a singer, a song- writer, a Western movie star, a television actor and (in later life) as a narrator of Disney movies and TV shows. PIANODROME Returns To Edinburgh Fringe
Pianodrome, the award-winning, sonically rich piano amphitheatre, presents a bumper programme of music, theatre, dance and live film scores, with more than 10,000 tickets on offer throughout August. Following a hugely successful inaugural year at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh in 2018 the much loved playable venue pops up in a warehouse in Leith at trending street-food market The Pitt.

Capital Stage launches its 12th season, and inaugural season chosen by Producing Artistic Director Michael Stevenson, Love + War, with its 3rd National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere. How to Use a Knife by Will Snider will be directed by Producing Artistic Director Michael Stevenson and will feature Capital Stage favorites such as Adrian Roberts, Harry Harris, Kirk Blackinton and Kelley Ogden.

Midsummer has every device in Shakespeare's bag of tricks, many of which he filched from Greek comedy. Soren Oliver has created a follow-up play that highlights the best of complex plotting, mixed-up lovers and mind-bending shtick, and peopled it with a cast of experienced Shakespearean actors and a director who really love and understand farce.

Capital Stage continues its ninth season, THEHOMEFRONT, Capital Stage's 2013-14 Season of Soul-Stirring plays with an original adaptation of William Shakespeare's dark tragedy, MACBETH.Shakespeare, the father of English literature wrote MACBETH between 1603 and 1607. Since then, the Macbeths have remained one of the most fascinating couples in all of drama. Capital Stage's production will be adapted and directed by artistic director,Stephanie Gularte and will feature Scott Coopwood and Janis Stevens as the murderous couple. MACBETH runs from October 23 through November 24 with a press opening on October 26.
