While even savvy New York theatregoers aren't able to keep up with everything in the city that never sleeps, hopefully after five opportunities to enter the ring with the wildly innovative and imaginative Japanese Theatre Company Kaimaku Pennant Race (KPR) from May 15-18th at Japan Society, they will become -- in Shakespeare's own words -- 'a household name' with Ashita no Ma-Joe: Rocky Macbeth.
Mint Theater to Host Special EnrichMINT Event for THE NEW MORALITY
In honor of the centenary of Harold Chapin's heroic death on the battlefield in 1915 and their revival of Chapin's The New Morality, Mint Theater Company will present a free, one-night event titled Soldier and Dramatist: A Centennial Commemoration on Monday, September 28th at 7pm. Selections from Chapin's beautifully touching letters home will be performed by Christian Coulson, Joe Delafield, Ben Diskant, Andrew Fallaize, and Ned Noyes. Mint's Associate Director Jesse Marchese will curate and direct the evening which will feature an introduction by George Robb, Professor of History at William Patterson University.

Mint Theater to Stage Revival of Harold Chapin's THE NEW MORALITY; Performances Begin Next Month
In honor of the centenary of Harold Chapin's heroic death on the battlefield in 1915, Mint Theater (Jonathan Bank, Producing Artistic Director; Jen Soloway, Managing Director) is proud to present The New Morality, beginning performances August 23rd. This limited Off-Broadway engagement, directed by Jonathan Bank, will continue through October 11th only. Opening Night is set for Monday September 21st (7pm) at the Mint Theater, 311 West 43rd Street. Cast and design team will be announced shortly.
