Come hear a fabulous concert full of wind band gems directed by a plethora of different conductors! The University of Southern Maine School of Music is proud to present the final concert performance of the inaugural USM Conducting Workshop, featuring Greater Portland's beloved Casco Bay Wind Symphony, eight participating conductors, and world-renowned guest conductor Eugene Migliaro Corporon from the University of North Texas. Conductors from across the U.S. will be coming to beautiful southern Maine to study and develop the art of conducting, culminating in a final concert - we'd love for you to join us!
CCBC's Baltimore Symphonic Band Presents 'Romeo and Juliet: In Concert'
'A Year of Shakespeare,' the Community College of Baltimore County Performing Arts' yearlong celebration of the Bard of Avon, continues with 'Romeo and Juliet: In Concert.' The 55-member Baltimore Symphonic Band with Maestro Christopher Wolfe conducting, will present two matinee concerts in February as CCBC's gift to the community.
Kansas City Ballet Launches New Season with THE THREE MUSKETEERS Tonight
The 58th season of Kansas City Ballet will open with the Kansas City Premiere of The Three Musketeers, choreography by André Prokovsky with music by Giuseppe Verdi, arranged by Guy Woolfenden. The production runs tonight, Oct. 9, through the 18th at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and will be accompanied by Kansas City Symphony conducted by Kansas City Ballet Music Director Ramona Pansegrau.

Kansas City Ballet Announces Full Schedule for 5th Annual KC Dance Day, 8/29
KANSAS CITY, MO (July 7, 2015) — Kansas City Ballet will present the 5th Annual KC Dance Day at the Todd Bolender Center for Dance & Creativity on Saturday, Aug. 29th from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The full day will feature FREE dance performances, classes, demonstrations and FUN for the whole family. In addition to free classes, attendees will enjoy performances, prize drawings, giveaways and relaxing under the tent with food and beverages available for purchase from Two Guys and a Grill. RSC to Celebrate Shakespeare's Birthday with Concert, Family Events
The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) will celebrate Shakespeare's 451st birthday with a special Birthday Bash musical concert on Sunday 26 April. The day before, Saturday 25 April, as part of Stratford-upon-Avon's annual Shakespeare Birthday Celebrations, the RSC will also offer a range of free activities for the family.
