GREG ZANE ‘s career as a performer, director, choreographer and teacher spans the worlds of theatre and ballet.
A New York City based director and choreographer, his direction/choreographic credits include: Singin’ In The Rain, The Sound of Music, Seussical, Annie, The Mystery Of Edwin Drood , Peter Pan , Flower Drum Song, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and Carousel. He has also staged four National Tours of Theatre Works USA’s popular children’s musical: The Life & Times of Junie B. Jones. Greg recently directed and choreographed the 2013 Hawaii Premiere of Elf: the Musical at Diamond Head Theatre.
In 1996, Greg began an association with The King & I when he was cast as a dancer in the 1996 Tony Award winning Broadway revival. An acknowledged re-constructor of the Jerome Robbins classic King & I choreography, he has supervised/directed eleven productions of The King & I including the 2013 Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma production and the 2014 production at The ZACH Theatre in Austin, Texas. Upcoming in 2015, Greg will be the Associate Choreographer for Lincoln Center Theater’s Broadway revival of The King & I.

Regional Theatre: A Chorus Line, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Song & Dance. Professional Dance Companies: Alberta Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Los Angeles Chamber Ballet, Hawaii Ballet Theatre.
Greg also teaches dance in NYC at The Capezio Peridance Center, Broadway Dance Center and has taught open classes at American Ballet Theatre. He has also guest taught at various dance academies in the U.S, including Oklahoma City Ballet Conservatory. Greg also is a company class teacher for The Paul Taylor Dance Company.
