BIO

Georgia started her career in professional dance, booking her first job with the Opera Theatre of St. Louis in Bizet's "The Pearl Fishers." From there, she went on to perform with Cincinnati Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Ballet Hispánico in New York City, and Astra Dance Company in Los Angeles.
During this time, Georgia began studying acting at the Terry Schreiber Studio in New York City, and went on to train with Mary T. Boyer, William Alderson, and Ivana Chubbuck in her Los Angeles master class.
When she's not performing on stage or screen, Georgia loves doing stand-up comedy, and has appeared in shows at The Ice House, Flappers Comedy Club, and The Comedy Chateau, among many others.
Currently, Georgia lives in Middletown, Connecticut with her spouse and five felines, slowly but surely rehabilitating their 1800's forever home.

BWW Previews: Alexandra Ballet Performs GISELLE at the TOUHILL This Weekend

St. Louis will celebrate ballet legend Miss Alexandra Zaharias this weekend, February 21-22 with A Sapphire Celebration and the masterpiece of the Romantic Era, GISELLE, at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center. The Today, February 21st celebration will include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with alumni followed by a World Premiere viewing of the documentary tribute: Miss A. The Gift of Grace: A Documentary before Alexandra Ballet Company's (ABC) endearing performance of GISELLE.

Evangeline, the Queen of Make-Believe - The songbook of Grammy Award winners David Hidalgo and Louie Perez of Los Lobos drives Evangeline, the Queen of Make-Believe, a multimedia play with music that takes its title from the group's 1985 rocker "Evangeline." Evangeline, a devoted daughter by day, a Hollywood go-go dancer by night. A journey of self discovery by a young Chicana, whose neighborhood roots and make-believe world collide when she experiences the West Side art scene and the music of the Sunset Strip, is set against the 1968 student walkouts in East L.A. and the fight for equal education and civil rights. Two performances have been added to Bootleg and About Productions' show, Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2, both at 7 pm.
