Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater presents David Javerbaum's comedy An Act of God, running July 25 - August 17. Directed by Daisy Walker, An Act of God stars Lynnette R. Freeman as God, Alexandra Lemus as The Archangel Gabriel, and David Meyers as The Archangel Michael. Performances are at 8:00 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays, June 29 - July 20. Josefina López, the award-winning playwright and co-screenwriter of Real Women Have Curves and Founding Artistic Director of CASA 0101 Theater in Boyle Heights, CA will receive an Honorary Doctorate Degree in the Arts from her Alma Mater, Columbia College Chicago on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at which time López will deliver a Commencement Address to the Class of 2015. López graduate with a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Columbia College Chicago in 1993.
