Georga Osborne: two-time MAC Award Winner & Back Stage Bistro Award for Musical Comedy Performer. Broadway: Meet Me in St. Louis (original cast); Lincoln Center: Sweeney Todd (Patti LuPone, George Hearn, Neil Patrick Harris and Audra McDonald [u/s]); Carnegie Hall: “Nurse” in A Streetcar Named Desire (with Renée Fleming). Featured in the National Tour of the Cameron Mackintosh- National Theatre of Great Britain’s production of My Fair Lady; two National Tours of The Sound of Music with both Debby Boone and Marie Osmond. The Weston Playhouse (VT): Florence Foster Jenkins in Souvenir; Tessie Tura in Gypsy; Ruth in Pirates of Penzance; Hollywood/Ukraine; Nettie Fowler in Carousel; Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret ... Other regional theatre includes Souvenir and My Fair Lady at Capital Repertory (Albany), The Music Man at Chautauqua (Mrs. Paroo) and Augusta Opera (Eulalie McKechnie Shinn), and A Christmas Carol at Syracuse Stage (Ghost of Christmas Present).

York Theatre Company to Stage Four New Works as Part Development Readings Series This Month

 The York Theatre Company and its acclaimed Developmental Reading Series will present four new works during the month of June:  Orville and Wilbur Did It! a play byDavid Zellnik with songs by Mr. Zellnik and Eric Svejcar; Juliet and Juliet, based on a concept by Natalie Tenenbaum and Sean Patterson, with book and lyrics by Mr. Patterson, and music by Ms. Tenenbaum;  Elsie Janis and the Boys with book & lyrics by Carol Crittenden and music by John T. Prestianni; and Grounded for Life with book by Pat Hazell and Bill Habeeb, lyrics by Lawrence Goldberg and Mr. Hazell, and music by Mr. Goldberg at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (619 Lexington Avenue, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).  The readings are open to the public with a suggested donation of $5.00.
