GEANY MASAI (RUBY - MEAN GIRLS) is proud to be a part of the 2017 Planet Connection event and to give voice to Lyle Kessler’s Mean Girls as the character of Ruby. Ms. Masai has created such stage roles as: Ethel Waters in SweetMama StringBean, Hattie McDaniel in Hattie and Me, Pearl Haynes in The Weight of Water, Miss Essie in A Play About My Dad, and Mrs. Fowlkes in Unfinished Business. Geany has appeared on television in roles on The Sopranos, and Law and Order-SVU. Her film work includes such new works as: Places, Thank You Places, Wake and Approaching Union Square. Ms. Masai is definitely no stranger to giving voice and face time to the selling of radio and television commercials within the world of advertisement. The Collective NY Gets Raw for Its Fifth Collective 10 Play Festival
