Over the past two summers, White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) has served as an exemplary stage for two extraordinary theater productions: Edges and Songs for A New World (w/ a 30-piece orchestra). These productions were orchestrated and executed by the New Musical Theater Series (NMTS) and were both extremely well-received. Now, the talented individuals behind this pair of unforgettable theatrical events have reloaded their creative cannons and are readying their third adventure for yet another summer production. PARTY WORTH CRASHING follows the lives of nine twenty-somethings as they go through the various life obstacles and emotional highs and lows that come along with finding happiness, self-acceptance and love.

Whitelaw has won and/or been nominated for every industry award including the Tony, Emmy, Oscar, Drama Desk Award, and Obie. 'The Taffetas are special to us because they take us to a simpler, gentler time in our history. People are responding so positively to it, because it is just fun!!' exclaims Whitelaw, with a laugh.
