Opera Australia Announces 2023 Season
After 13 years at the helm of the national opera company, Artistic Director Lyndon Terracini AM has announced his final season for Opera Australia, a year-long celebration of some of the world's finest singers and musical talent with performances in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

KRAPPS LAST TAPE Will Come to the Old Fitzroy Theatre
To close their highly successful and diverse 2019 season at the Old Fitz Theatre, Red Line Productions presents a Samuel Beckett classic, Krapp's Last Tape, playing from 26 November to 14 December. Internationally acclaimed director Gale Edwards directs the extraordinary Jonathan Biggins in Beckett's glorious dance between performer and tape recorder.
THE RISE AND FALL OF LITTLE VOICE To Open At The Barn Theatre
Concluding its inaugural season and following the huge critical success of its first two productions, The Barn Theatre is delighted to announce its production of the Olivier Award-winning play: The Rise and Fall of Little Voiceby Jim Cartwright. The production, which will be directed by Michael Strassen, runs from 7th July to 4th August. First produced in 1992, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice was voted third best play of the decade and has been named as one of the top 50 best plays in the history of theatre. The play was nominated for six Oliviers, winning three of them as well as the prestigious Evening Standard Award. Its film adaptation, Little Voice (1998) starring Jane Horrocks in the title role was also a huge hitreceiving an Oscar nomination alongside numerous other awards for its screenplay and cast.

How It All Began? The Story of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR
Tim Rice & Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar is a rock opera that tells the story of the final week in the life of Jesus Christ. It begins with the preparation for the arrival of Jesus and his disciples in Jerusalem and ends with the crucifixion. It also highlights the political and interpersonal struggles between Jesus and one of his 12 apostles, Judas Iscariot that are not present in the Bible narratives.
