Birth Place: United States
I was raised in the wings of the Vienna State Opera where my parents worked both onstage and behind the scenes. A decade ago, I waltzed to New York where I work as an animator, video designer and illustrator in theater, television and installation. My work draws on my background in theater, puppetry and opera.
In New York I’ve worked at, among other studios, Transistor, MTV, Sesame Workshop, and Little Airplane Productions. In London I've worked with the BBC and Blink Productions.
Since 2009 I've been the lead animator for projection designer Daniel Brodie. With his studio BrodieGraphics I've worked as lead animator on a host of Broadway shows, including Motown: the Musical, and Jekyll & Hyde. Additionally, I was lead animator for the national tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and I created content for Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway and Mariah Carey's 2014 Christmas Spectacular.
Other projects as lead animator include Prince's appearance on Saturday Night Live, Bring it On: The Musical on Broadway and Macbeth at Lincoln Center for video designer Jeff Sugg and Ringling Brothers’ LEGENDS Tour for designer Darrel Maloney.
International credits include A Winter’s Tale for the Royal Ballet at Covent Garden and Cinderella for the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam.
In addition to theater I’ve created stage graphics and internet branding for Bonnaroo, Googa Mooga, The New York Musical Theater Festival and Kanye West at Lollapalooza, Santiago.
