Gabbie Fried is originally from Kansas City. She studied at NYU Tisch (Atlantic), UCB and the Groundlings. She's performed regionally at Starlight Kansas City (Legally Blonde (Enid), Hairspray, and Grease), Cortland Rep (Footloose), Hangar Theatre (Spring Awakening), and Sharon Playhouse (Les Mis and Little Mermaid). She is a comedian and performs stand up and sketch around Los Angeles where she lives. Upcoming: A Christmas Story (Center Theatre Group/The Ahmanson).

Next up at the Ahmanson, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul’s A Christmas Story opening December 8, 2023 (with previews beginning December 5th). Matt Lenz directs the cast of Chris Carsten, Eric Petersen, Sabrina Sloan, Shelley Regner, Kai Edga, and Henry Witcher; with ensemble members Steven-Adam Agdeppa, Gabbie Fried, Andrew Ge, Juliane Godfrey, Julia Harnett, Michael James, Trent Mills, Kyle Montgomery, Gabriel Navarro, Jane Papageorge, Zeke Bernier, Addalie Burns, Jack Casey, Jordan Coates, Greta Rebecca Kleinman, Kayden Alexander Koshelev, Emilie Ong, Izzy Pike, Jacob Pham and Charlie Stover. Carrie St. Louis, Gerald Caesar, Lissa deGuzman, and More Will Lead LEGALLY BLONDE at Kansas City Starlight
Carrie St. Louis will star as Elle Woods in the Kansas City Starlight Production of LEGALLY BLONDE. The production will be Directed and Choreographed by Nikki Snelson, who originated the role of Brooke Wyndham in the Original Broadway production of Legally Blonde. St. Louis most recently starred in the off-Broadway hit TITANIQUE, as well as starring roles in Kinky Boots, Wicked, and Rock of Ages on Broadway.
