Bard College announced today that artist George Condo has made a significant gift supporting the arts on campus, including a new online concert series and a dedicated $400,000 fund underwriting scholarships, musical events, and exhibitions at Bard's Conservatory of Music, The Orchestra Now, the Center for Curatorial Studies, and the Masters in Fine Art programs. Among those scholarships is the new Inclusive Excellence in Music Scholarship Program that addresses inequities in access to higher education in music.

Recorded at BCMG's home venue, CBSO Centre in Birmingham, the film will be released at 4pm on Sunday 28 February with tickets costing £10.

The Adelphi Orchestra launches its 67th Season of 'Music for All' with 'A Celebration of Rebirth & Renewal' on October 24 at 2 PM. The orchestra's traditional season premiere concert held each year in October honors National Arts and Humanities Month and Discover Jersey Arts and has been made possible in part by a grant administered by the Bergen County Department of Parks, Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs from funds granted by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.

Faliks, Head of Piano at UCLA, performs on leading stages around the globe, garnering acclaim for her musical "poetry and panoramic vision" (The Washington Post) and "riveting passion" (The Baltimore Sun). The Royal Conservatory regrets to announce that American pianist Murray Perahia has had to cancel what would have been his Koerner Hall debut on May 1, during Koerner Hall's 10th anniversary season finale festival. A statement from his management reads, It is with great regret that Mr. Perahia has been forced to withdraw from his upcoming solo recitals in North America as a sudden medical setback has prevented him from performing publicly. Besides his date in Koerner Hall, Perahia has withdrawn from concerts at Carnegie Hall and Chicago's Symphony Center.

Marking 90 continuous years of presenting outstanding artists and beloved repertoire to East Coast concertgoers, Music Mountain is now the oldest running chamber music series in the nation, which now features the Chamber Music Concerts series and Twilight Series.
