BIO

Frank started as a playwright and performance artist in New York City. In 1982, Robert Altman directed Frank’s one-acts, Rattlesnake in a Cooler and Precious Blood in Los Angeles, on Off-Broadway and for ABC Arts Cable. In 1984, Frank began a seventeen-year career in Hollywood writing, directing and producing hour television.
He now lives in Georgia with his family and is continuing as a writer and performer. In his blog, ADHD Dad for ADDitudemag.com he writes about his ADHD and raising two ADHD kids, while also caretaking elderly parents. He also blogs for a couple of other websites and continues to perform his stories and plays, including his recent autobiographical one-man show Pay Attention, which was produced in Honolulu and Los Angeles to rave reviews. Three of Frank’s stories are included in Easy to Love, but Hard to Raise – Real Parents, Challenging Kids, True Stories, published by DRT Press. Frank’s fantasy adventure novel for kids featuring a learning disabled hero, Aloha Island – the Story of the Stones is the first book published by his and his wife Margaret’s venture, Deep South Publishing.
