THE BIG BAD WOLF is an Adult Fairy Tale About Fear, Forgiveness and Sexual Identity. Emmy Awarda?"winning writer Christopher Canaan has penned a a?oedeliciously naughtya?? comedy about famed fairy tale characters in their later years. When the Big Bad Wolf and his a?oehench wolf,a?? Wayne, escape from the Moscow Zoo's prison, they hunt down those who testified in court against them: Peter (of Peter and the Wolf fame), Red Riding Hood, Sig Pig (the sole survivor of The Three Little Pigs) and the Boy Who Cried Wolf. The wolves' prey barricade themselves inside a fortress, but nothing stops the Big Bad Wolf. The play performs on The Heritage Center Theatre stage in Morrisville, PA. This is a funny, family friendly play that is sure to bring laughter to the whole audience. The story focuses on the Hay family in the 1950's who are stage legends. It's a small but powerful cast, with many faces that local theatre lovers will recognize.

TV's punk rock superheroes The Aquabats formed in 1994 in Orange County as a way to have some harmless fun in a music scene that took itself too seriously.Their Paul Frank designed 'power belts,' trademark blue rash guards, black eye masks, 'anti-negativity' helmets and onstage antics quickly caught on, earning the group a fiercely loyal following that spans generations. Their line-up and music is continuously evolving, including Blink 182's Travis Barker as former drummer 'Baron Von Tito.'
Welsh National Opera Comes to The Bristol Hippodrome

UCF Arts & Humanities Dean, Jeff Moore, Issues Statement in Defense of National Endowment for the Arts
In light of the news that the current presidential administration has recommended eliminating funding for the National Endowment for the Arts, Jeff Moore, the Dean, of the College of Arts & Humanities at the University of Central issued a statement on the importance of the NEA's funding just days before UCF's signature artistic event UCF Celebrates the Arts. The week of events will take place at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts from April 7th-14th, and will include performances, displays, discussions, and more from all of the schools in the College of Arts & Humanities.
16th Annual Tribeca Film Festival Announces Lineup - 57 World Premieres, 40% Women Directed, Sports Themes and More!
The 16th annual Tribeca Film Festival, presented by AT&T, today announced its lineup of 57 thought-provoking and diverse short films in competition, including 36 world premieres. The selected shorts, 40% of which were directed by women, and include filmmakers from every corner of the globe, were curated from a record 4,385 submissions. They will be presented in 10 distinct competition programs, consisting of five narrative, four documentary, and, for the second year, one animated program. In addition, there is the Sports Shorts program as part of the 11th annual Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival, sponsored by Mohegan Sun. The Shorts program, sponsored by Nutella Originals, is a part of the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival, which runs April 19-30.

The Time Jumpers was established in Nashville in 1998 by an assemblage of high-dollar studio musicians who wanted to spend some spare time jamming with their sonically gifted buddies. The notion of building a rabidly devoted following was the last thing on their minds. But that's what happened. Learning that Monday evenings were the slowest in the week for the Station Inn bluegrass club, the superpickers settled into that fabled venue at the start of each week and set up shop. Pretty soon Monday nights were sounding a lot like Saturday nights-and drawing commensurately lively crowds.
