MCCC Gallery Announces Mercer County Artists Winners
The Gallery at Mercer County Community College announced the award winners for 'Mercer County Artists 2012' at an Opening Reception Mar. 7. The exhibit, which runs through April 5, features 78 works, including 18 sculptures, by 76 artists who live, work or study in Mercer County. The pieces were selected from 288 entries by this year's juror, curator/consultant Jeffrey Wechsler, who recently retired as senior art curator at the Jane Voorhees Zimmerli Museum at Rutgers University/New Brunswick.

After breaking through its one-year anniversary, Go Comedy! will open its first holiday themed show, Miracle on 9 Mile Street, Friday November 20th at 8pm with additional schedule changes for the holidays.

Nice People Theatre Co Brings Have A Nice Life To Edinburgh Fringe From Philadelphia
Up-and-coming Philadelphia company, Nice People Theatre Company (NPTC), is remounting its first musical during the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe. This group-therapy-session comedy, Have A Nice Life by Conor Mitchell and Matthew Hurt, made its Philadelphia premiere in March, 2008 and due to popular demand, NPTC revived the show for the Philadelphia Fringe Festival in September, 2008. The show runs August 7-16th at George Square Theatre 2, George Square/Buccleuch Place, Edinburgh, EH8 9LH (venue 37).
