BIO

Francesca DiFrancesco, is an actress, writer, director, and storyteller based out of Columbus, OH. She has performed in over 45 musicals, plays, cabarets, and films, and is the creative mind behind her own original full-length works for the stage and screen.

Focusing on distinct locales, time periods, and cultures from days of yore, her creations nostalgically expand upon the macrocosmic-to-microcosmic idea that our present is not so different from our past; shedding a fantastical, feminine lens & light on the everyday lives of times before, as well as today.

When she is not weaving "Frantasies", she can be found indulging in yet another old film, enjoying a nice, long walk outdoors, or posing in her signature red lip/leopard print combo and snapping a few photos...

Review: MAE WEST AFTER DARK at Abbey Theatre Of Dublin
by Paul Batterson - Feb 9, 2025

Interview: Francesca DiFrancesco of MAE WEST AFTER DARK at Abbey Theater Of Dublin
by Paul Batterson - Jan 31, 2025

“Her influence is like the threads in the tapestries of many different artists today. The idea of a woman taking things into her own hands, using her voice unabashedly, and being funny and sexy at the same time really resonates with me.” --Francesca DiFrancesco
