Multi-hyphenate Jimmy Fallon has renewed his deal with NBCUniversal as host of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” extending the popular host’s tenure at the beloved late-night staple through 2028. The Emmy-nominated “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” launched on May 14, 2014.

From UCP, in association with Los Angeles Times Studios and Atlas Entertainment, and based on the articles and breakout true crime podcast 'Dirty John' from Los Angeles Times reporter Christopher Goffard, the series, which will be written and executive produced by Alexandra Cunningham, tells the story of how a romance with the charismatic John Meehan spiraled into secrets, denial, manipulation, and ultimately, survival - with horrific consequences for an entire family.
