FELICIA CURRY is an award-winning, actor, singer, and the current host of WETA Arts on WETA/PBS.
Felicia Curry was recently in the one-woman thriller, "Sandra" at TheaterWorks in Hartford, Connecticut and as Undine Barnes Calles in "Fabulation, or the Re-Education of Undine" at the Billie Holiday Theatre in New York City.
Before those, Felicia made her Broadway debut in the Tony-nominated revival of "Into the Woods" and then toured with the show around the country.
Felicia Curry has been recognized with a Helen Hayes Award for "Lela & Co"., a Berkshire Theatre Critics Award for "Nina Simone: Four Women", a Richmond Theatre Critics Circle Award for the "Color Purple", and an Anderson-Hopkins Award for her contributions to theatre.
She is a two-time AUDELCO Award nominee for her off-Broadway work in "Queens Girl in the World" at Abingdon Theatre and "Fabulation, or the Re-Education of Undine" at the Billie Holiday Theatre. Felicia has been named one of “12 DC Stage Dynamos” by The Washington Post and one of “DC’s Biggest Theater Stars” by Washingtonian magazine.
