BIO
Evan is a native New Yorker and a partner in the personal injury law firm of Sacks and Sacks. In addition to his very successful law career, Evan is an award winning producer winning both the Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel awards for Theatre de Complicite Mnemonic.
Evan served as the lead producer of the off-Broadway revival of Ruthless! and lead producer of Ruthless! in London.
Other theatre involvement includes Broadway: Hairspray (Tony Award Best Musical); London production of Hairspray (Laurence Olivier Award); Billy Elliot, (Olivier Award); and other New York productions including One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, The Lieutenant of
Inishmore, Finian's Rainbow, Guys and Dolls (revival), Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Waitress.
Further credits include Mame starring Tracie Bennett at the Hope Mill Theatre Manchester, London. Evan has also produced several cabaret shows at 54 Below, Joe’s Pub in New York City and Crazy Coqs in London.
Upcoming projects include Mack and Mabel in concert starring Dermot Mulroney and Caroline O'Connor; I Can Die Too written by and starring Frances Ruffelle and the new musical Lemon Water.

In honor of International Women’s Day, BroadwayWorld, in association with Pass the Salt Productions is thrilled to present the short musical film, ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE. Executive producer and co-creator Sarah Bierstock joined forces with director and co-creator Desiree Abeyta to showcase an all-star Broadway cast featuring J. Max Baker (One Christmas Carol), Charl Brown (Tammy Faye), Kristy Cates (Wicked), Paige Davis (Chicago), Kim Berrios Lin (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Miranda Plant Byers (Love, Medea), Christiane Noll (Dear Evan Hansen), Zal Owen (Harmony), Andrew O’Shanick (Harmony), Shina Ann Morris (Spamalot), Patrick Page (Hadestown). The film is rounded out by an all-female powerhouse producing team of Miranda Plant Byers, Jennifer Diamond, Jennifer Piech Pasbjerg, and Danielle Lemberg (Seward and Kissel, LLP).

Darren Day will star as Beauregard, alongside Tracie Bennett in the title role and Harriet Thorpe as Vera, in the critically acclaimed first professional UK revival of Jerry Herman's much loved musical MAME. The production opened at Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester earlier this year to rave reviews, and will play Royal & Derngate, Northampton from 7 to 11 January 2020 and Salisbury Playhouse from 21 to 25 January 2020.
