Gracie Awards Select Country Artist Jessie Chris to Perform at 2018 Awards on June 27th in NYC
The leadership of the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) announces that Judy Woodruff, anchor and managing editor of “PBS NewsHour,” will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 43rd Annual Gracie Awards Luncheon. Hosting the luncheon will be another television news veteran, Erica Hill of CNN. The annual Gracies Luncheon honors the accomplishments of local and student women in media & entertainment and takes place June 27 at Cipriani 42ndStreet in New York City.

Last night (May 19), The Alliance for Women in Media, presented the 40th Anniversary of The Gracies Awards to a packed house at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA. Tracee Ellis Ross hosted the gala, which also celebrated the organization's 40 years of achievements. In honor of that milestone, The Gracies Commemorative Awards were handed out on stage to honorees in recognition of their stellar accomplishments over the years. Guests were greeted by the musical talents of DJ Amy Pham. During the Commemorative Awards ceremony, music icon Linda Perry performed a striped down version of 'What's Up,' and a moving rendition of Christina Aguilera's 'Beautiful.' Scroll down for photos!
TODAY Anchors Will Ride to Fight Hunger
Grab your bikes and helmets! Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, Natalie Morales, Tamron Hall, Lester Holt and Erica Hill will be hitting the road to participate in the 15th annual Cranksgiving bike rides taking place in cities across the country. The Cranksgiving initiative is considered a food drive on two wheels, and proceeds are used to restock food banks across the nation and feed hundreds of hungry people during Thanksgiving. The TODAY anchors will hit the road on Saturday, November 22. Highlights from their rides will air Monday, November 24 on TODAY.
