ELF THE MUSICAL Will Make Australian Premiere
Christmas has come early with the Sydney Opera House’s announcement that Elf: The Musical will make its Australian premiere in a presentation designed for the Concert Hall from 19 – 29 December.

This revival of Grease is close to perfection… and dare I say it, I think I prefer it to the film! Not only do we get to follow Sandy and Danny in Grease The Musical, we also become more acquainted with all the Pink Ladies and T-Birds, which results in Grease The Musical feeling much more of a Rydell High ensemble show. Something that is most welcome.
GREASE To Return To Australia In 2024
A brand-new production of the number one party musical GREASE is set to debut as Melbourne's summer musical at Her Majesty's Theatre from January 2024 and the Capitol Theatre in Sydney from March 2024.
Eric Sciotto Will Step in as Shakespeare in SOMETHING ROTTEN!
As BroadwayWorld previously reported, SOMETHING ROTTEN!'s current cod-piece clad Shakespeare -- Will Chase -- will depart the show on October 9, and will be replaced temporarily by understudy Eric Sciotto. Sciotto will assume the role through October 23. A permanent replacement has not yet been announced.
