Emily Taylor Kaufman has been performing around South Florida since she was 6. She is a featured National Anthem singer for the Miami Heat, Florida Marlins and Nascar as well as 30 non-profit organizations.
Most recently, Emily was selected as a member of the new Kids National A- Cappella group ACAPOP! Kids, a PENTATONIX project, which launched globally on all digital platforms @acapopkids
She has been in 21 Musical Theater productions including her favorite roles as Velma in CHICAGO, Tamika in SCHOOL OF ROCK, and Tracy in HAIRSPRAY. Emily has also been recognized with top honors at local and national Dance competitions for her Tap solos and Song & Dance performances.
Emily has received top placement in South Florida for her 10-minute dramatic interpretation and comedic monologues at local Speech & Debate tournaments.
Emily was thrilled to be hand-picked by Grammy winning artist PHIL COLLINS for his Miami mentoring program, “The Little Dreams Foundation” and has performed with Phil onstage. Emily has also performed as a back-up singer for Lou Gramm, lead singer of the band Foreigner, and Grammy winning artist KT Tunstall. In November 2019, she performed at her 5th Phil Collins LDF Gala.
Emily is the 2017 and 2018 first place winner and judges favorite of the American Protégé International Vocal competition and was very excited to perform her winning Solo’s at Carnegie Hall in NYC
Even with her busy schedule, Emily is an honor student, an 8th year girl scout, and a 4rd year Youth Ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She loves swimming, playing piano, nature and photography.
Emily would love to perform on BROADWAY one day and sell out arenas nationwide as a singing sensation. She also loves acting and would welcome a role on the small and big screen. She is EGOT bound and hopes to inspire kids of all ages to reach for their dreams!
