Armonk Players Present Staged Holiday Reading
Christmas Eve. New York City. A failed writer (Gregory Mangieri) and a struggling actress (Emily Tarpey) meet while looking at the famous holiday windows at Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf's, Lord & Taylor's and Macy's. The windows they've been viewing come alive and we get to see what they saw and more - amusingly irreverent views at what the characters in the windows think and do about their lives in the stories they find themselves in.
Composers Announced for EPIC FAIL, a New York Musical Theatre Festival Concert
Contributing composers have been announced for the a new edition of Marc Eardley's EPIC FAIL directed by Marc Eardley and presented Off-Broadway at The Laurie Beechman Theater by Graydon Gund and The New York Musical Theatre Festival. There will be three performances of EPIC FAIL July 8th at 9:30, and July 12th at 5:00 and 8:00pm. Tickets for EPIC FAIL went on sale June 16th.
WPPAC Presents PARTY WORTH CRASHING, Now thru 6/24
Over the past two summers, White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) has served as an exemplary stage for two extraordinary theater productions: Edges and Songs for A New World (w/ a 30-piece orchestra). These productions were orchestrated and executed by the New Musical Theater Series (NMTS) and were both extremely well-received. Now, the talented individuals behind this pair of unforgettable theatrical events have reloaded their creative cannons and are readying their third adventure for yet another summer production. PARTY WORTH CRASHING follows the lives of nine twenty-somethings as they go through the various life obstacles and emotional highs and lows that come along with finding happiness, self-acceptance and love.

ANCHORED IN LOVE Tribute to Feature Christina Sajous, Cailan Rose & More
Anchored in Love, A Musical Tribute will be performed Monday, January 30, 2012 at 9pm at The Triad Theater on 72nd Street. All proceeds of the night will be donated to Camp ANCHOR's building fund in honor of Jamie Malone, Paige Malone and Michael Mulhall. Jamie, Paige and Michael were counselors at Camp ANCHOR on Long Island and were in a fatal car crash in July of 2010.

EDGES Premieres At The White Plains Performing Arts Center 6/25-26
When is the last time you saw a musical and left the theater feeling that the performers were literally quoting material and pulling experiences directly from your own life? That's exactly what this scintillating new production of Edges at the White Plains Performing Arts Center manages to deliver. This production is helmed by an extremely able trifecta; it's produced and overseen by Terence Osborne, directed and conceptualized by the visionary Jeremy Quinn (Artistic Director of the Conservatory Theater), and musically directed by piano virtuoso and talented multi-instrumentalist, Stephen Ferri.
