MRT Announces Cast For TINY BEAUTIFUL THINGS
Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) today announced the cast for the buoyant Tiny Beautiful Things, Nia Vardalos' stage adaptation of The New York Times' bestseller Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar by Cheryl Strayed, directed by Jen Wineman, from September 11 to October 6 at the Nancy L. Donahue Theatre, according to Executive Director Bonnie J. Butkas and Interim Artistic Director Terry Berliner.

The Feath3r Theory Announces New Production, Its First Since Merger With New Brooklyn Theatre
New Brooklyn Theatre and the feath3r theory have announced the world premiere of We May Never Dance Again, their first new production since the two companies merged at the end of 2018. The production will run at the Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn on June 6 and 7, 2019. It is directed and choreographed by Raja Feather Kelly, the company's artistic director and founder of the feath3r theory. Overlapping with We May Never Dance Again, the company will host its annual Tele- Gala-Dance-A-Thon, an innovative, interactive, multimedia fundraiser which will be livestreamed over the internet and include an all-night dance and dessert party. Special guests from the worlds of arts and music are slated to appear.
The Public Extends AIN'T NO MO' Through April 28th
The Public Theater announced today a one-week extension of the world premiere of AIN'T NO MO', written by Jordan E. Cooper and directed by Stevie Walker-Webb. Following its initial run in Public Studio in 2018, AIN'T NO MO' will begin previews on Tuesday, March 12 with a Joseph Papp Free Preview performance in The Public's LuEsther Hall. This vital new American play will now run through Sunday, April 28, with an official press opening on Wednesday, March 27.
