THE 24 HOUR PLAYS: NATIONALS 2024 Cohort Announced
THE 24 HOUR PLAYS has announced this year's cohort for The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, which will return this summer for their 13th year. A weeklong professional development initiative for early-career theater artists, The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals 2024 will take place July 15-22, 2024 at the Pace University Lower Manhattan campus.

International House Philadelphia's Global Gala to Celebrate Korea, 5/9
International House Philadelphia's largest annual fundraising event takes place Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 6:00pm, when the non-profit organization holds its 54th annual Global Gala at its multicultural residential facility at 3701 Chestnut Street in University City. Proceeds from the gala, which celebrates the culture and heritage of Korea this year, will support International House Philadelphia's vital mission in a changing world.

International House Philadelphia celebrates the exciting flavors, vibrant colors and rhythmic sounds of Brazil during the 53rd Global Gala: Colors of Brazil, on Saturday, May 17th, at 37th and Chestnut. In conjunction with the Gala, “From Rio to Brotherly Love” art exhibition open now through June. After the Gala, IHP hosts an outdoor Brazilian Barbeque with live music and a Capoeira Show on Saturday, June 14th. All three events are designed to celebrate a country on the rise with close ties to the Philadelphia region, while raising funds for a special housing scholarship for a resident advisor from Brazil.
