BIO

Edwin Brown III is currently on tour with The Acting Company 50th Anniversary Season - Romeo and Juliet as Friar and The Three Musketeers as Rochefort. Edwin has worked with directors Kent Gash, Leah C. Gardiner, Liesl Tommy, Eric Ruffin, Ricardo Khan, Al Freeman Jr. and Taye Diggs. Recent credits include Off Broadway Workshop: Thoughts of a Colored Man as Depression. Off Broadway - 59E59: Separate and Equal as Nathan. Edwin is from Washington DC with a BFA from Howard University, MFA from Kansas City Repertory Theatre/UMKC and BADA alum. @kingedwinbrown

Produced by the University of Alabama in partnership with the Birmingham Civil Rights Museum and Birmingham Metro NAACP, SEPARATE AND EQUAL begins performances on Wednesday, September 5 for a limited engagement through Sunday, September 30. Press Opening is Sunday, September 9 at 2:15 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Saturday at 7:15 PM; and Sunday at 2:15 PM.
